Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Spas & Springs platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Account Sharing Prohibition

Each account on Spas & Springs is for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials, login information, or access tokens with any other person or entity. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Specifically:

• You may not share your login credentials (email/password) with another person.
• You may not allow another person to access the Service using your account.
• You may not use another person's account to access the Service.
• You may not transfer, sell, or rent your account to any third party.
• Subscriptions, loyalty points, credits, and gift card balances are non-transferable between accounts.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to monitor for unusual login patterns (such as simultaneous sessions from geographically distant locations) and may require re-authentication if suspicious activity is detected. Corporate accounts with multiple authorized users must use our Corporate Wellness plan, which provides individual sub-accounts for each employee.

4. Marketplace Rules

Spas & Springs is a marketplace connecting users with wellness service providers (“Vendors”). We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the service agreement between you and the Vendor. All bookings are subject to the Vendor's individual policies.

5. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must maintain accurate listing information, honor confirmed bookings, comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, and maintain appropriate licenses and insurance for their services.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. A platform service fee of 10% is applied to each transaction. Vendors receive payouts according to their configured payout schedule. Gift card balances and loyalty credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are set by individual Vendors. Generally, cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment receive a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spas & Springs provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any interaction with Vendors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through the platform in the preceding 12 months.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
